Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty plastic equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring all old labels are covered.
Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to arrange a convenient home pickup for oversized area rugs.
